• 150 gr. grams of picadillo
• Pizza dough
• 100 grams of goat cheese
• 100 grams of crushed tomato for the pizza
• Lamb’s lettuce, oregano and salt
We prepare the oven at 200 C. On a frying pan at medium temperature, we sauté the picadillo adn set it aside. We spread the pizza dough with the crushed tomato, the picadillo, the goat cheese, and the oregano on top, careful to avoid all edges.
We place the pizza in the oven for about 10 minutes or until we see that the edges are golden; once ready and outside the oven, we add the lamb’s lettuce, allow to rest a few minutes, and it’s ready to eat.
