Kassler Pork Loin with garlic crustfor

for 4 people

INGREDIENTES
4 Kassler Pork Loin fillets
• Crushed tomato
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 an onion
• Roasted peppers
• Powdered cheese
• Bread crumbs
• 1 egg

FOOD PREPARATION
In a bowl, we beat an egg and then wet the fillets with it, then cover the fillets with bread crumbs and turn on both sides on the frying pan with a bit of oil. In a different frying pan, we place the garlic, cut into thin slices, until these become golden.
We add the onion and when it is cooked we add the roasted peppers so as to warm them; we then cover with the tomato sauce and warm for about 5 minutes. We
serve on a plate and add a bit of the sauce over it. We powder with a bit of cheese and ready to eat (we can also cook au gratin).
