receta pinchos criollo

Barbecue Criollo Brochette

for 4 people

4 criollos
• 1 Red pepper
• 1 Green pepper
• 1 Ground garlic clove
• 1 Tray of common mushrooms
• 1 Teaspoon of oregano
• Chives
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper

We cut the criollos in pieces (about 2 cm each piece). In a bowl we keep the vegetables cut into squares, with olive oil, ground garlic, oregano, y add salt and pepper allowing it to rest some 15 minutes. Now, we take the wooden or metal sticks and alternately insert the criollos and vegetables as preferred.
We head the barbecue or frying pan on high temperature and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on each side until teh criollo is cooked and golden. We can serve with sauce or salad.
